**Refund and Cancellation Policy**

We appreciate your interest in Sikho Digital Marketing, and we are committed to providing you with the quality of education. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our refund and cancellation policy, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
**No Refund Policy:**
1. **Course Fees:** Once you have enrolled in any of our courses, the course fees are non-refundable. This includes all payments made, whether in full or in installments.
2. **Change of Mind:** We understand that circumstances can change; however, we do not offer refunds for students who wish to cancel or withdraw from the course due to a change of mind or circumstances.
3. **Non-Attendance:** If a student fails to attend classes or complete the course, it does not entitle them to a refund.
4. **Disqualification:** Sikho Digital Marketing reserves the right to disqualify students from the course if they violate our code of conduct or academic integrity. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
**No Cancellation Policy:**
1. **Enrolment Confirmation:** Once you enrol in one of our courses and confirm your enrolment, you are committed to the course for the specified duration. We do not allow cancellations once enrolment is confirmed.
2. **Payment Plans:** If you have chosen to pay in instalments, you are obligated to complete the payment schedule as agreed upon during the enrolment process.
Payment Failure Clause:
In the event of a payment failure or non-payment of course fees, Sikho Digital Marketing reserves the right to take the following actions:
No Class Provision: Sikho Digital Marketing will not provide access to classes or course materials until full payment has been received and successfully processed. And in case payment is made late the student might have to wait for another batch or class(Same timing of batch will not be guaranteed) to start(Also in such case no backup will be provided).
Course Cancellation: If payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, Sikho Digital Marketing reserves the right to cancel your course enrolment.
No Refund: In cases of course cancellation due to payment failure, no refunds will be issued. The course fees are non-refundable as per our refund and cancellation policy.

3. **Transfer of Enrolment:** In the event you cannot attend the course for any reason, we may consider allowing the transfer of your enrolment to a different course date(next available batch- same batch timings is not be guaranteed) but substitution with another student will not be allowed. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
